Terms and privacy

The app's terms, word for word as every user agrees to them at the first sign-in:
1. What ThimarIQ is
ThimarIQ is a tool to record and follow your farm's money: what you spend, what you sell, what is owed to you and what you owe. Its figures help you make decisions; they are not an accounting, tax or legal opinion.
2. Your data is yours
Everything you enter in ThimarIQ belongs to you. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone. We look at it only to serve you: to fix a fault, to answer your request, or to enter what you send us yourself. You can ask for a full copy of your data at any time.
3. Where your data is kept
Your data is kept with a hosting provider on servers outside Jordan (in the United States). By agreeing to these terms, you agree to your data being kept and processed there.
4. Personal data
We keep users' names, phone numbers and email addresses, and the names of the people you record (workers, buyers and suppliers) and their phone numbers if you enter them. We do not ask for ID numbers. By entering anyone's details, you confirm that you have the right to record them.
5. Protection and notice
We protect your data with encrypted passwords, an encrypted connection and regular backups. If your data is ever affected by a breach, we will tell you within 72 hours of learning of it, with what happened and what we did.
6. Your account
Keep your password private. You are responsible for the users you invite to your business, and you can switch any of them off at any time.
7. Fees and cancelling
You pay the agreed fee monthly or yearly. You can cancel at any time. After you cancel, we keep your data for 90 days so you can ask for a copy, then we delete it.
8. The service
We work to keep ThimarIQ available and to keep improving it, and we may change some features or add others. We will tell you about any important change before it happens.
9. Limits of responsibility
The decisions you make from ThimarIQ's figures are yours. Our responsibility is never more than the fees you paid in the last three months.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will show you the new version to agree to before you carry on.
